Sourced from the sunny, rolling highlands of Brazil’s Cerrado region, this versatile green coffee is known for its smooth body, low acidity, and consistent quality. Grown at 900–1,200 masl and naturally processed, it’s a reliable choice for both beginner and experienced roasters.

In the cup, expect aromas of chocolate, roasted nuts, and nutmeg, with balanced flavours of caramel, cocoa, and toasted nuts. Lighter roasts bring out mild malty sweetness and soft nuttiness, while darker roasts deepen the chocolate tones and body.

Cerrado’s stable climate and flat terrain allow for efficient harvesting and even cherry maturation, making these beans especially clean and dependable. Perfect for espresso blends, moka pot, or smooth filter coffee.
