Founded in 2017, ASOSPAC has grown from 29 to over 50 member farms, working together to improve rural livelihoods through collective action and environmentally responsible practices.

Cultivated at elevations of 1,550–2,030 MASL, and processed using the washed method, this coffee showcases the rich diversity of Colombian terroir, enhanced by varietals like Colombia, Caturra, and Castillo.

In the cup: Enticing aromas of chocolate, molasses, and spices lead into flavours of dark chocolate, cranberry, and raw sugar, rounded out with a long caramelized almond aftertaste. Expect medium-high crisp acidity and a medium coating body for a clean, dynamic cup.

Excelso EP is a grading term used for Colombian green coffee beans based on bean size and export quality. 

• Excelso refers to the bean size, which is slightly smaller than the top-grade Supremo beans but still high quality. Excelso beans are typically screen size 15/16 and are widely used in specialty coffee due to their excellent flavour and consistency.
• EP stands for European Preparation, meaning the beans have been hand-sorted to remove defects and ensure fewer than 8 defects per 300g. This results in a cleaner, more uniform coffee, ideal for roasters seeking quality and consistency.
